I contacted a company online about homeowners insurance and they gave me 3 agencies that would be contacting me including yours that would provide me with coverage’s and rates. You responded first. Another one called me and I gave her the same info I gave you, we never heard back from them. While I’m writing this the third one finally called. I made my living doing sales and reacted in a similar fashion as you did. It seems so obvious that someone needs help when they request it or called me for the info, but for some I guess they just don’t get it.
